江蘇衛視新節目《蓋世音雄》４月29日首錄，身兼音樂總監及隊長的王力宏火力全開，昨錄到凌晨３點多，他精神飽滿與歌迷聊天，還跟另一位隊長，韓國歌手PSY交流，PSY因出道歌曲〈鳥〉在大陸被稱「鳥叔」，不知情的王力宏笑問對方「鳥叔」名字從何而來，沒想到PSY也不知道，他轉頭詢問歌迷仍不得其解，隨後又問工作人員、現場DJ是否為節目效果，像好奇寶寶般笑翻歌迷。

中場休息時PSY帶領觀眾熱舞，全場藝人包括庾澄慶及大陸組合「鳳凰傳奇」跟著擺動身體，氣氛熱絡，王力宏笑說：「簡直嗨翻天，不像錄節目，比較像是一場瘋狂的音樂派對。」

《蓋世音雄》由４位隊長分別帶領旗下２名首發隊員及２名補位隊員詮釋電音歌曲，每場比賽選出１首歌，最終打造成１張華語電音專輯。

馬來西亞歌手四葉草加入王力宏戰隊，將與哈林愛將吳莫愁PK，此外，昨傳鄧紫棋將擔任嘉賓，該節目６月中旬首播。
